Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because our website, bigyanbook.co.in, deals exclusively in digital products (PDF suggestions, notes, and study materials), our policies differ from websites selling physical goods. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Cancellation Policy
Due to the automated and instant nature of our delivery system, your digital PDF is made available immediately after a successful payment. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment has been processed and the download link has been generated or emailed to you.
2. Refund Policy
Because digital files can be easily copied and cannot be truly "returned," all sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a PDF file has been purchased.
We WILL NOT issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind: You changed your mind after making the payment.
- Wrong purchase: You accidentally bought the suggestion for the wrong class or subject.
- Exam performance: Our PDFs are expertly crafted study aids, but they are not leaked papers. We do not offer refunds if certain questions do not appear in your final exams.
3. Exceptions (When Refunds or Replacements are Granted)
We value our students and will make exceptions to our no-refund policy only in the following rare cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If your bank account was charged more than once for the exact same order due to a technical glitch, we will refund the duplicate amount.
- Corrupted File: If the PDF file you downloaded is corrupted, blank, or fails to open, and our support team is unable to provide you with a working copy.
- Non-Delivery: If your payment was successful but you did not receive the download link (via redirect or email), and our team is unable to manually send the file to you.
4. How to Request Help or a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions listed above, or if you need a replacement for a corrupted file, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase.
Please include your Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Payment Screenshot / Transaction ID in your email.
5. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated back to your original method of payment (UPI, bank account, debit/credit card). It usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
