Since our website, bigyanbook.co.in, deals strictly in digital products (educational PDF suggestions and study materials), we do not offer any physical shipping. Please read our delivery process below to understand how you will receive your purchased materials.
1. No Physical Shipping
All products sold on Bigyanbook are digital files (PDFs). No physical books, papers, or items will be shipped or delivered to your home/postal address. Therefore, no shipping charges are applied to your orders.
2. How You Will Receive Your Digital Product
Once your payment is successfully processed, your purchased PDF will be delivered to you electronically. You will receive it in the following ways:
- Instant Redirect: Immediately after a successful payment, you will automatically be redirected to a confirmation page where you can directly download your PDF file.
- Email Delivery: A receipt containing a download link or the PDF attachment will also be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Please make sure you enter a correct and active email address when purchasing.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery of our digital products is instantaneous. You will get access to download your PDF immediately, or at most within 5 to 10 minutes of a successful transaction.
4. What to do if you don't receive the PDF?
If your payment was deducted but you did not get the download link, please do not worry. Sometimes, automated emails might get delayed or land in your Spam or Junk folder. Please check those folders first.
If you still cannot find your file, or if the download link is broken, our support team is ready to assist you. Simply email us with your Transaction ID or Payment Screenshot, and we will manually verify the payment and send the PDF directly to your email address.
